We collect data necessary to provide a professional service environment:
Profile Data: Business name, tax IDs (GST/PAN), and contact details.
Operational Data: Client names, contact numbers, and asset identifiers.
Asset Specifics: Vehicle specifications (Make/Model/VIN) or Electronic device details (IMEI/Serial/Condition).
2. USAGE OF DATA
To authenticate secure access to your private workshop node.
To generate accurate billing and historical service records.
To provide localized business analytics visible only to your account.
3. DATA SECURITY
All data is isolated at the tenant level and stored on secure Server. We utilize 256-bit encryption in transit and mandatory identity verification for all operators.
4. DATA SHARING & TRANSPARENCY
We do not sell or trade your workshop data. We only share data with verified third-party processors (such as payment gateways) required to execute platform functions.
5. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
You have the permanent right to access, export (via the Settings node), or request the total deletion of your business data at any time.
