1. INDEPENDENT OPERATOR STATUS
MyWorkshop provides a technical infrastructure ("the Platform") for independent business entities. Each Business Owner operates as an autonomous legal unit. The Platform does not exercise control over the day-to-day operations, billing decisions, or service quality of any individual workshop.
2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR MALPRACTICE
THE PLATFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any malpractice, fraudulent activities, or illegal conduct initiated by Business Owners or their authorized staff.
THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
Issuance of fraudulent or incorrect invoices.
Misrepresentation of service quality or part authenticity.
Failure to comply with regional tax regulations (GST/VAT).
Unauthorized handling of customer data or physical assets.
3. AUDIT INTEGRITY
While the Platform provides tools for accurate documentation (Sequential Numbering, GST Slabs), the responsibility for the data entered remains solely with the User. Any manipulation of records for deceptive purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
Business Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its developers, and infrastructure providers from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the User's malpractice or violation of local laws.
5. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Verified reports of platform usage for criminal activity or systematic consumer deception will result in immediate and permanent termination of the workshop node without refund.
